Im Rahmen der KATAG-Cheftagung, die in diesem Jahr unter dem Motto NEXT LEVEL stand, wurde erstmals der Award in der Kategorie Nachhaltigkeit verliehen. MAC ist somit der erste Preisträger des Awards für Nachhaltigkeit des größten Einkaufsverbandes der DACH-Region. Im Namen des gesamtem MAC Teams nahm Eveline Schönleber, geschäftsführende Gesellschafterin von MAC, den Award entgegen. Der KATAG-Preis wurde in feierlichem Rahmen überreicht von Designerin Barbara Becker, die ebenfalls für Ihren Einsatz für Umweltschutz bekannt ist. Die Laudatio auf MAC hielt BUNTE-Chefredakteur Robert Pölzer. Er lobte nicht nur die Verantwortung von MAC für Mensch und Natur. Auch zeigte er sich begeistert von der gelungenen Symbiose aus natur- und menschenwürdiger Architektur mit dem Ausblick auf den eigenen Firmengarten für alle Mitarbeiter:innen.
The award in the sustainability category was presented for the first time as part of the KATAG executive conference, which was with the motto NEXT LEVEL this year. So MAC is the first winner of the award for sustainability from the largest purchasing association in the DACH region. Eveline Schönleber, Managing Partner of MAC, accepted the award on behalf of the entire MAC team. The KATAG award was presented at a ceremony by designer Barbara Becker, who is also known for her commitment to environmental protection. BUNTE Editor-in-Chief Robert Pölzer held laudatory speech for MAC. He not only praised MAC's responsibility for people and nature. He was also enthusiastic about the successful symbiosis of natural and humane architecture with the view of the company garden for all employees.
